I'm trying to make reusable software components more accessible to developers (e.g. Auth0, AI chatbots, Messaging systems). I’m connecting with SaaS companies creating such components to understand their difficulties around customer acquisition. Anyone here or in your networks would be up for a short chat? Thanks!
Hi Csaba, My company has a couple of SaaS products and my background is software development. I'd be glad to discuss.
Software libraries like this are their own industry. They usually focus on a particular vertical or they have a specific common function that's otherwise hard to develop on top of primary features and are sold as a snippet like you suggest. I'm not sure what you find to be inaccessible.
Are you saying there isn't a lot of successful marketing so software companies know what libraries are available to incorporate? Are you saying that licensing of software libraries is unfriendly? Are you saying you want more SaaS companies to have a marketplace for plug-ins?
I'm not sure what need you're trying to address specifically.
