Has anyone used a service like Mobiley, bMobilized or DudaMobile? I'm looking for a quick way to have a decent mobile version of our site before we implement a responsive front-end. Any feedback would be helpful.

Depend on the technologies you are using in your web site. E.g. you might buy a WordPress theme that supports mobile resolutions and apply it to the web site. If you made a custom web site to follow your goals it might require for re-build web design by bootstrap/foundation. I am not familiar with the services you've mentioned but there are too many concerns on their ability to adjust everything as you need.
We recently launched our new site, http://physicianrelo.com, using a responsive WordPress theme. Next iteration will likely use one of the services you mention, or potentially https://www.strikingly.com.
