Need Recommendation on a Virtual Collaboration/Project Management Application or Software

I have a project that needs the input of a small team scattered across the country and I need a inexpensive or free tool or app that will allow the team to review documents and picture files. It also needs to be capable of allowing the team to respond to those documents with opinions and recommendations.

Any assistance with this matter is appreciated.
A great idea is 1% of the work. Execution is the other 99%. In this course, we’ll teach you how to conduct market analysis, create an MVP and pivot (if needed), launch your business, survey customers, iterate your product/service based on feedback, and gain traction quickly.

We currently use this: https://www.teamwork.com/

It's not too shabby.

At first glance, I hadn't heard of these applications so all of these suggestions are helpful.

Gracias!

I've heard great things about http://zulaapp.com/ as a team communication tool! I know some of the folks who work there. . .

Trello. Free, and one of the best examples I've ever seen of balancing simplicity and flexibility.
