Norwegian person-to-person startup thinking about going global instead of just Norway. Do it or don't?

We're developing the most simple way to let private person lend money from other private persons. On the front page there will be a list of all the people who are interested in lending out money with how much, rates and time to pay back (The ones who lend out money decide this). We're still months away from launch, but we have got so incredible good feedback that we think this can be bigger if we launch an international version instead of just a Norwegian. The only problem is that we don't have any in our team that have a view over the market in the major countries like USA.

P2P lending is big in the USA. Simplifying it may make it bigger. There are big public companies in the space in the USA. Here are a few. https://www.forbes.com/sites/oliviergarret/2017/01/29/the-4-best-p2p-lending-platforms-for-investors-in-2017-detailed-analysis/#4615904252ab
