I'hv currently few suppliers which in my case are "Teachers" who are giving live classes (instead of recorded lectures) to the students. I would like to ask, Is there any free platform where my teacher can give lecture to students & also it can be monitored or supervised, if needed ?
2ndly, Is it a good idea to create a website where after login in to web-portal teacher can deliver lecture to students on the website ? (In this way teacher may also be unable to get email address & other info of my customers, e.g. Students)
Also, if you can advise something more that can lead to increase in my sale, customer retaining power, cost effectiveness or anything else. I'll really appreciate it.

What your question doesn't inform us is why you would like to do things a certain way. This makes it more difficult to assess whether your solution is likely going to lead you in the direction you want, or away from it.
Yes, there are a number of platforms which allow live webcasts at no cost, but they typically don't offer any of the gating features that you're suggesting like with a web login. Understand that when it comes to webcasting, you tend to get what you pay for, so free also typically means unsupported and with no guarantees, plus typical limits on the number of uses, length of webcast, and number of participants, along with not being customizable.
When you use a free platform to webcast, you may also inherently give the mpression to your audience that you may have other quality issues with the e-learning product.
These are fundamental research questions that you would have addressed if you were completing a business plan. Along with a marketing strategy, definition of the product, and management of costs. As such, it's clear you do not have a business plan and therein do not have a business or at least not one you can count on.
You have tried to skip too many steps by offering a product without developing your strategy first, testing each of your assumptions, refining your product so it fits the market, and even understanding the tools to deliver your product to your future customers.
Your question is not something I would consider urgent because you have all the time in the world to plan your business BEFORE you launch. If you launch without a plan, then that's on you for launching too early and not following the standard steps of building a plan, testing, and launching only when you are (mostly) ready. Your planning phase is what tells you whether you should move forward, and if not, what to do so you will be able to move forward with changes.
It always takes more time to fix something than it does to plan it properly before you start. If you think you don't have time to plan, then you will certainly never have enough time to fix. You may be eager, but so it everyone else. The people who fail to plan are planning to fail.
My suggestion is to take a step back and start with the foundations of a basic business plan, conduct appropriate market research, and determine where you might fit. Test your assumptions, revise your plan, and move forward once you have identified the strategy that will move you towards your goals.
