Pay per call software or a website?

I am creating a website where I can post offers form different companies ( Restaurants, Stores Bakery, Coffee Shops) and the way I would like to monetize it be offering free space for the client and then place tractable phone number where my visitors will call and then been forwarded to the company phones. Is there a software that I can use to create different numbers for different companies and then track how many calls they got from us.

What century are you in, Jivko? People don't make calls anymore.

Websites are out of date too.nullover 50% of web searches on Google, for example, are now from mobile.

This changes the method - people expect the system to take account of their location, their preferences and their friends' suggestions, not just push notifications from vendors eager for business. They expect the app or mobile website to not only show them the options but book them and even take payment, without resorting to phone calls.

Don't do this. It will take a lot of effort and won't get the traction you need to make it work.

Hello Jivko,

Thanks

What Hurdie said is spot on.  Except that a lot of folks like me

  1. Don't trust Google to really route me to the best vendor - just the vendor that paid them the most on that adword
  2. I'd be pissed if I had to interact by phone rather than going straight to the website and getting routed to the address.  Pissed enough that I'd not bother

Hi Jivko, Maybe we should be in touch? I already have a mobile app for restaurants/food establishments and I'm looking to add that kind of thing to it. Nofyah

Most folks are searching micro moments on Google via iphone or smart phone.  Folks are  typing in auto repair nearby or pizza near by.  The key question is how much traffic will your site generate and how will you generate the traffic to your Website. Business can set up call only Campiagn on Google Adwords and have a routed assigned number for conversion tracking.

Hi,

There are a number of good, easy to use vendors out there these days for call tracking.  I've used Telmetrics, and Invoca both have alot of features and make it easy to get phone numbers, track activity and even record incoming calls.  Others in this space include Dialogtech, Marchex, Callrail and Callfire.

What geo-market are you targeting Jivko?  As Peter Johnston points out - people don't want to call.  http://uk.businessinsider.com/conquer-your-fear-of-the-phone-2015-5?r=US&IR=T

I don't think you have a viable product here.   You ARE going to need to use something like Twilo if you want to go forwards because the telephone numbers you want to put out there and do the connections for, are allocated by the LECs (Local Equipment Carriers).  And you have to buy them in blocks and pre-pay for them

the Twilio's and Google Voices and Skypes of the world do this for you... for a fee.

But I think you seriously need to vet this idea some more.  I don't think it has a meaningful market

call tracking metrics, simple easy, it works, twillo is great although I couldnt figure it out, I WOULD LOVE IT IF SOMEONE COULD set it up for me and cost effectively, stay away from invoca, they are like 3 times the cost as the others out there
