A lot of dropshippers and online businesses does not have access to a bank account or a credit card, for that reason alone they can't use PayPal, Payoneer, stripe or anything really.

To solve for that we will accept payment on their behave and then pay them on a monthly basis in cash.

And since they interact with their customers on social media, our app will be a keyboard app that will hover over social media app and generate a payment link when they say to any customer the word "You Owe Me".

Who agrees with my vision? if not why?

This is called money laundering and there are laws explicitly prohibiting it. Operating a business is by license, not by right. If the obligation is to have a bank account, then that's legitimately part of the requirement to earn a business license. If you want to be a more accessible bank, then be that, but you have to follow broader banking rules.
