I'm posting this question for a friend who is interested in setting up an import/export firm dealing in architectural stones (granite, marbles etc...). He is looking for a consultant to guide him through the setting up process/ legal/taxation issues etc... I'm not aware of accountants/attorneys specializing in this domain. So thought I might throw this out to the group. Feel to let me know anyone who might be a good recommendation for this domain based on your past experience. Thx.
Too many founders wing it when it comes to financials; they have no idea how to explain them to investors. In this course, we’ll teach you how to build a basic financial model; read financial statements; and understand cash flow, balance sheets, and income statements.

Hi, I just got my business visa with a very good immigration lawyer. She has more than 12 years of experience, she's worked for the government( on inmigration) and also for an important inmigration firm here in Ny. She knows laws from top to bottom. She started her own business so her prices are very reasonable. She got my the visa and to 2 other of my friends. Her name is Demet Gots +1 (917) 734-9541. She does one free consultation :) Best, Michelle Ruiz Sent from my iPhone
