i had set up an outsourced telesales team in US when working for Nokia in 2008 - we reviewed a number of companies that participated to our rfp and finally selected a company called rainmaker; at the time their biggest client was sun / oracle and they had outbound capabilities on saas. i found them quite professional and would recommend to check them out although this was 6 yrs ago and i have no idea how they are structured now

Hi Michael! Would love to know what you found- we are entering into the same situation as the one you mentioned, and just beginning to scratch the surface on the possibility of outsourcing both lead gen and sale completion.
