Looking for recommendations on full-service LA or Orange County based Accounting Firms that are large enough to give support to our growing SaaS business whenever required.
Too many founders wing it when it comes to financials; they have no idea how to explain them to investors. In this course, we’ll teach you how to build a basic financial model; read financial statements; and understand cash flow, balance sheets, and income statements.

Jason, I think you would want to look for an accounting firm small enough to give support whenever required.

If you are too small and connect with an accounting firm that is too large you get pushed to the bottom of the pile as small time work.  If you find a small but competent firm, and build a good relationship, the people assigned to your account are likely to grow along with your business.

I agree with Avery. I've used the same firm for 3 companies (C-Corp, S-Corp, LLC) over the past 12 years. Feel free to contact Jeff.
