What mistakes did you make and what did you learn? Do you charge $for training and support? Do you use a chat box? Videos? Screensharing software? Anyone doing innovative stuff to train your clients and increase adoption of your Saas?

We use and  Intercom let's us see what people are doing and allows them to chat with us and vice versa. allows us to put together robust documentation.

The combination helps us train customers, but chat with them as they learn.

So yes: chat box, videos,, but a wealth of resources too
