SaaS Subscription or Service Management?

Hello FD,

Has anyone found any great or even good tools (templates, apps, etc..) to manage, track and help budget for all of your SaaS subscriptions and services? If so, please share.

Every day or every week, we are finding some really cool and useful SaaS services to subscribe to. But, now there are so many for us to manage, track and budget for and now it has become a bit of a hassle. We would love to hear your feedback. Thanks.

Jonathan, Kate and Ron,

Thanks for the feedback.

Jonathan, we are currently using Mint, but we are looking for something that is SaaS specific.

Kate, we are using QBO as well and want to keep the cost bundled on the accounting side. The plan is to have a "running" count of what we are subscribe to and using. Some subscriptions are free while others are not so from an accounting standpoint, all wouldn't be factored in.

Ron, it sounds like Cloudability.com is definitely worth looking into. We will check it out and let you know how it turns out.

Again, thank you all for the feedback and advice.

Depending where you are, +1 for Mint. Or if you're using QBO, Xero etc. you can describe and class your subscriptions in there. Are you using some sort of intranet or storage for your operational stuff? Store info on all the services you are using (access info etc.) there.
