I was reading a highlights post from an interview on The Predictable Revenue Podcast. The post featured Jon Parisi from Guidespark talking about some of the strategies he uses tokeep his sales teams aligned, on point and relevant to anyone they speak to. He shared his RDR bible which is jam packed with awesome insights.


So I was wondering if any sales managers in this community would care to share their experience with cheatsheets - Do you use them? Would you share yours with us?

I build a sales playbook for sales teams, and test them on the content and delivery. A playbook is more comprehensive and leaves much less room for the sales person to "wing it". I also build a set of Discovery Questions that insure we are asking the right questions, gathering answers that allow for analysis and identify trends.
