Seattle area CPAs with an emphasis on tech startups?

I'm looking for a Seattle area CPA or accounting firm who can help my company navigate any tax implications of our business as well as with our own internal tax accounting, etc.  Any good experiences / recommendations before I start cold calling?  Prefer a firm or individual used to dealing with tech startups.
Too many founders wing it when it comes to financials; they have no idea how to explain them to investors. In this course, we’ll teach you how to build a basic financial model; read financial statements; and understand cash flow, balance sheets, and income statements.

@Ian, the CPA we use for our companies (three of them) has an office in both Arizona and downtown Seattle. I met with about 6 firms and did not feel that connection and a great business contact referred me to them. They've been with me through my growth over the past few years so I am confident they would be good with your startup needs. Let me know if you want me to connect you to one of their founders, probably Jordan so you can talk with them to see if there is a fit. If so, give me your email and I can make the introduction.

Jon Jenkins, jon@jjenkinscompany.com, has been working with tech startups in Seattle for about 20 years, and he is a great guy. He was the accountant for my first startup in 1999.
