What should be considered if you let them allow to ship their products ro international countries?

The biggest issues with internationally shipped merchandise are:

1) transit time

2) customs duties

3) tracking

4) fraud

Whatever you can do to reduce these barriers is something that could increase trust in your platform and make shoppers willing to use it. Drop shipping internationally is risky, but warehousing merchandise for sellers can be expensive increase freight costs and requiring warehouse space and handling.

If you want to be a fulfillment house, be a fulfillment house. If you want to be a marketplace, be a marketplace. Don't try to be both. They're very different businesses.

I think that a fulfillment house that reliably transports foreign goods to the USA sounds appealing as a buyer. But what's the niche you care about?

International shipping has a ton of issues, the principal ones being duties (which are very volatile these days) and the Shipping terms (INCO terms which govern where the consignmenrt risk passes from seller to buyer). If you are confident you can offer correct solutions to ALL potential suppliers or buyers it is a good offering. however, if you do not think it is your area of expertise, I would advise to defer it to a later date in your company's product journey
