Anyone have suggestions for startup lawyers in the NJ/NY area? I need some legal advice about a Delaware LLC--does that mean I need to talk to a lawyer in DE?
Usually. In some cases it helps if someone vouches for you. For instance an advisor to your startup who had been law firm\'s client. We use WSGR with fees deferred.

Hi Sabrina - you don\'t need to talk to a DE attorney for DE-related
incorporation/LLC questions, as a CA lawyer I do so all the time, as do
other attorneys. Best to find an attorney who understands your business
and startups, and who you connect with.
