Need to decide on few productivity tools that can be regularly used in our business by our employees.
Recommended solution need to be user friendly, customizable, Integrable with 3rd party platform / tools.
We use Jira and Trello. Hope this help.
I think basecamp is also a great tool for communication and tracking the work hours.
You can also use JIRA and Trello as suggested with other people.
