Suggestions for good campaign/project mgmt tools for complex sales processes?

Now that a CRM has been implemented (chose RelateIQ after quite a bit of scrubbing, and I appreciate the community's help), I am looking for feedback on project/campaign management tools that can help teams organize and communicate effectively...esp when multiple sales campaigns are overlapping and task management and execution are paramount.  Some CRM overlap here, and open to integrations if available.  Anyone have any suggestions?  Here is a list I compiled a minute ago.

Slack. They have built a billion dollar company in a year and a half because their team management and integrations are so easy to use and adopt. I am currently using it to organize multiple teams at multiple companies. Hutch Also, looking for beta testers for a lead prospecting and email drip platform on of my startups is launching in a month or so. It floats over your linkedin, and at a click of a button you can pull any profile (2nd and 3rd connections included) contact information into customized email drip campaigns. The tool is invisible, so each email comes personalized from your gmail account and all responses come to the top if your inbox. Your Relatiq can take it from there Let me know if this is something that you would be curious in testing.

We have used smartsheet.com extensively for this purpose. You can make campaign and sales process templates that evolve over time.

The best feature is that it takes the changes from the prior day (new rows/new dates/new completion status) and emails everyone just that subset of the plan.  Which automates a big part of the communication challenge.

Only one I have used is Basecamp. Ok but really nothing great. Sounds like others are better..

I have tried Basecamp too. Effective Project Management is critical for success ... for people to win the game of business. It escapes most Start-Up Leaders on how much attention must be given to the details of good planning and execution. Most muddle through and hope for the best.

  • Visualize work across a timeline
  • Assign steps to collaborators with due dates
  • Add attachments and screenshots
  • Track activity across entire team
etc..
