If I pass the customer discovery phase, and can start thinking of building a MVP, I'll need a tech cofounder. Before that time comes, I thought it would be good to get my ducks in a row for what a tech cofounder looks for in a startup. So, if you were approached to join a startup as tech cofounder, what questions would you have for them?

I would ask them to demonstrate their skills either verbally or by showing you directly. It should soon become obvious if they know their stuff or not.
And always make agreements on equity the vesting type at each agreed achievement point.
