Can anyone let me know a good online tool to make case studies for the projects my startup has done.
A sample case study would have project name, description, problem solved, challenges, technologies used and team.

Hi Akhil, I like MS Project. It is easy you manipulate and has all of the items that you described. The only problem is that you can't send it to anyone that doesn't have the same program. Unless you screenshot it. Hope that helps. Paul

I  use on my cases studies the following structure:
1. Initiatives/Outcomes - this is what was done and is part of the put what matters first. I don't like to create mystery on case studies
2. Scenario description.: tell a story of what is happening, in a way that the reader can identify and relate
3. The Problem: Describe the what is wrong, or can be improved, or even is just not in sync with what the client wanted
4. The Solution: Describe the steps you took to assess the situation, proposed measures / remedies applied.
5. Outcome: described measurable impacts, preferably with hard numbers
6. Quote: get a quote from your client, with name and title
7. Contact request: give your name and contact for further information
NOTE: Whenever possible give credits to the team that was part of the case described with names and titles. And always ask for permission and approval when posting cases.

I understand. It is the structure of virtually all articles that is the model, not any specific article. Here is rough structure: (1) Abstract; (2) Statement of the Problem; (3) current State of the Art; (4) proposed or actual solution; (5) research and data structure; (6) analysis; (7) comparative advantages, shortcomings, and needed further research; (8) conclusions. Good luck. Sent from my iPhone

Hi Paul, but MS project looks entirely like a project management collaboration tool wherein people update their daily tasks.

Once you know what your case study says, a very useful tool for showcasing your case study is https://www.emaze.com/ - a very stylish presentation software I use when I am training or doing presentations to prospective clients.

Hi Jennifer, yes your assumption is spot on, 'publishable marketing case studies' is what i'm looking for. I tried apple page which moreover is similar to google docs. I may rethink going back for google docs.
