I'm getting ready to do my first trade show booth for Chefalytics. Goal is to have customers interact with some content we've created, participate in some market research, and sign up for our private beta.
Running a 10x10 booth at a catering convention in Vegas (2 days, ~8000 attendees). Seeing if anyone has vendor recommendations that they'd compare favorably to the current group I'm looking at.
We'll have up an easelboard sign, a banner flag, a draped 6 ft table, a draped 36' round table, and a backdrop (in addition to a couple laptops with monitors, an iPad with keyboard to take contact info, and various handouts.
Was wondering which vendors you'd recommend and what quantities of materials you'd recommend bringing.
- Moo: Business cards and maybe postcards
- SmartPrint: some sample copies of books/ reports & maybe a 1 sheet handout
- Colorado Timberline: Flags, backdrop, and table drapes.
- 4imprint: Logo'd polos for the team
Anyone have any vendor suggestions/ recommendations that they could compare to the above? Any bad experiences I should be aware of? Any rules of thumb for quantities of printed materials or other suggestions about running a booth?
Appreciate your help and suggestions!
