Hi All,
I\'d like to set up a virtual PBX and I\'m interested in recommendations for
a service that\'s reliable and user-friendly.
At the moment, I need to link the PBX with a toll-free number, route calls
to two phone numbers based of the time of the day, and set up a voicemail
for after-hours calls. We\'re located in Canada, so the service needs to
support Canadian phone numbers. Also, we initially won\'t need a lot of
minutes or an unlimited plan, but we need the capability to upgrade to one
if needed.
I\'ve looked into RingCentral and they seem to have what I\'m looking for.
Any recommendations for similar services?
Thanks,
Reuben
Also check out Twillio. They have an API you can eventually code to and use for outbound texts and emails and such as well.

Although it may not be exactly what you are looking for, voip.ms has an IVR
front end. It can have toll free numbers accessible from Canada and
voicemail (sends an email). You can also setup ring groups (ie: ring other
phone numbers), forward to other phones, etc.
There prices are great (Canadian Toll Free numbers are $1.49 a month, and
3c a minute).
