With current scenario of increasing market competition, how IT developer agencies like us can look out for more clients? It becomes difficult to acquire new customer base that are either looking for Web Services or for Mobile App Development. There are people who want to build their IT solutions, but it seems like IT agencies are not able to identify them.

The question that you've asked has a complicated answer that is based on what market you're going after (everyone is NOT an answer), the needs they have and challenges they face, as well as the particular job they need you to do. Answering these questions will put you on the path to answering your question. Getting those answers takes time and other resources—and often a professional who has experience looking beyond the obvious.

First of all you can not expect to enter a high competition market and do well there.


Secondly, i doubt that you would find a definite answer here. I would advice you go talk to some of your competitors and ask what drove them to their success and how do they acquire customers in your area.


Keep your friends close and your enemies closer - but you would be surprised of what they would tell you.
