What are good resources for startup agreements and contracts to use as templates?

I'm curious what agreements/contracts should be considered in a startup. It's VERY important to have a LAWYER advise, review or prepare many of these and my hope the info posted is used only for educational purposes.

Some off the top of my head are:

  • Shareholder agreements
  • NDA & Confidentiality
  • Sales Contracts
  • Convertible Note Agreements
  • Term Sheets
  • Employment & Sub-contractor agreements
  • Service Level Agreements

Here's one resource:

If you want to ensure a fair equity split you should get your agreements here: https://slicingpie.com/slicing-pie-contracts-and-lawyers/

If you don't care so much about fair splits then it doesn't really matter where you get your equity agreements because they are pretty much all the same!

A lot of people swear by Rocketlawyer, though I have never been especially impressed with what I have seen of their docs.
