What are some good marketing automation softwares for e-commerce businesses?

I started an e-commerce company and B2C is something I am learning since my experience lies mostly within B2B.

We operate on Shopify currently in addition to selling our products on Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, Jet and Walmart.

As my company grows to scale, I'd really like to hear what are some affordable marketing automation tools for e-commerce businesses? My company is still small, but we are growing rapidly and I'd like to plan and scale our marketing processes since we currently have none.

We are still quite small and tools like Marketo are too expensive for me right now. I need an affordable software that will help me manage my leads, connect with my leads and perform various campaigns. I'm currently just using Mailchimp for emails, Google Adwords and Facebook Ads to get traffic to the website but no way to manage leads.

I am pulling data from all these different marketplaces/avenues and I just can't handle this. The marketing automation software space is pretty bombarded so any recommendations on tools you use that help?

My suggestion would be to use Active Campaign as you marketing software, it's bit expansive, but it can be really good assets to your marketing automation efforts.

Another what I'd suggest to use Instapage for lead pages which you can connect with mailchimp in order to promote some special offers which you might have in order to offer some good discounts.

Last thing which I'd like to add is "referral system" add-on which can really help you in order to grow you marketing efforts, offering some discounts for customers who did certain order, but they would like to invite their friends, and here I'd like to suggest Viral Loops

We just spent 3 months studying pro/cons of many CRM with SM automation platforms. We have chosen Zoho CRM+. HubSpot, InfusionSoft, etc. are good but expensive. Hubspot CRM is free, but very expensive for SM automation.

Hey Sanaya, highly recommend you to try both Drip vs. Mailchimp for email campaigns and also utilize Hubspot or Pipeline as your CRM in order to track your leads! Close.IO is another great tool to track leads!

Hubspot Free & CRM to start. There are a few integration partners that help you connect shopify to their system. Then you can upgrade to their paid version as you scale.

I've used Act-On in two different companies, but in both cases we were integrating with a CRM. If you want a single platform without the need for a CRM, Hubspot is a good option.

I didn't see anyone mention Pipedrive or Zapier. Pipedrive is specifically lead management, and Zapier is an integration-as-a-service platform you'd use to connect different software applications.
