Too many paid resources out there. I would love to crowdsource with you all a list of the best free tools for entrepreneurs out there. If we do a good job listing our favorite tools this entry could be very valuable to a lot of people.

Hope you will find few things that will be of use to you:

HubspotSales

Notification when your emails are opened. Also integrates with CRM from Hubspot. It is free for 200 notifications/mo.

Sideline

Mobile application for Android and iOS which adds a second line to your phone. I dedicated that line to business calls.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sideline.phone.number&hl=en

Evernote

Note taking and note managing tool.

Evernote.com

Trello

Trello.com Project management tool, very good for Agile development

Any.do

Task management tool, probably one of the best.

Asana

Project management tool.

TweetDeck

Manage all your Twitter accounts

PodcastAddict

Very good podcast players and podcast management.

MileIq

Keep track of your business and personal mileage of your car. Very easy to use, automatically detects when you are driving, you just need to put a note, if you want and classify it as business or personal. If you are interested, please let me know, if I recommend a new customer, I will get few bucks back. It is free for 40 drives/month or $60/year (which is what I got)

Uptimerobot.com

Monitors your website and sends you an email when it goes down or up.

Punkspider.org

Check your website for vulnerabilities.

Peek.usertesting.com

Give your website URL and receive feedback from a real person visiting it and leaving feedback video. Kind of cool to see how people react and what they want to see on your website.

I find that the SKYPE subscription enabling calls to cell and land lines is invaluable.  Low fee/month enables unlimited phone calls via Skype within the US. This also comes with the ability to have a group call. The benefit is that the people you call don't have to have Skype...you are using Skype as another phone line.
