I agree with Steve Owens. A functional team is critical. Of the various startups I've been in and co-founded, the failures always happen because someone's not doing the work they're responsible for or the team lacks a strength that it needs, like a marketing expert, or a BD expert.
Constantly learning is also key. The market changes so much and consumers have such short attention spans. If you don't learn how to meet the demand and keep your company fresh, you can plateau prematurely and your board will vote you out.

Definitely a right curated 'Mindset" is required, but the most important thing is to be able to come out of the circle and watch your progress, it is very easy to be lost in the delusion of your Idea you firmly believe in and hence accepting failures becomes difficult. The skill to not think about the situation you are in currently but to think about what you want to create will keep you going and keep your confidence uplifted.
Also, It's literally all about how open-minded you can be to critics, to advise, to your own opinions about your idea and you should definitely never forget to test your assumptions.
