Bots are great. Unfortunately, most of your competitors (esp. Intercom) have a leg-up on bringing a great, new dimension to the online experience.
But unless you can get a smooth UI/VUI going, it's going to be hard to convince people to buy your product. However, there is opportunity. Take a look at what Intercom has done thus far with their approach and how a more automated system would them/you. Think about how sharing cameras/microphones from your guests or b2b customers would help the computer learn what it is that should be the "right" procedure to carry out. It's possible and I can't wait to see how startups tackle this!
