For example, while consulting a business, the revenues are not stable in the initial stages and dependent on a number of factors. So how can we optimize the structure of the same so that the consultant and the Startup founder are not beating around the bush.

You could offer service packages, individual services, hourly rates, reoccurring subscriptions such as a monthly retainer... It depends on your business, the sector you’re operating in, and your target market/s.
