As a technology founder, what are the hardest challenges do you face and what steps do you need to take to solve them at each stage of your startup?
Do you wish you had more peer / expert support from the community in specific areas? Which ones? (e.g. marketing, copywriting, design, development, hiring, sales, etc.)
One of the biggest challenges that tech founders face is :
- Startups are often created by individuals who come from different backgrounds, not related to business or technology.
Furthermore, any industry or market has its own specifics. So, it would be nice to have someone who is an expert, with relevant hands-on experience by your side if you are building a product or crowd-economy app. This will ensure that by utilizing someone’s expertise, you avoid a number of problems and make a superior product.
I believe that for technical co-founders hardest part is MVP.
When you reach pre-launch stage, it means that you are going right way with right people on board (depends on business idea of course)
