Have you identified reason for slowdown? If no, I think you need to devote some time to identify in order to determine actions to take. If not, perhaps assign a resource to do so?

If know the reason, then you may still need to devote time or a resource to come up with actionable next steps with desired impacts.

For any business to slow down, it would only occur either with unfavourable economic condition at that point in time or unimproved business practices. My advice is for you to devote little time doing just thinking. If it is worth your time give to it.

If you do not want to invest more time an energy into it, you should pass it to someone else (sell, give, have transfer arrangement ...). You simply can't run a successful small business if you can't invest yourself into it. There are no miracles.
