Hi everyone,

I'm working as consultancy for a small project that involves the real estate market. Our main goal is provide something new and cheap in a MVP to test in the market some kind of solution.

We have some hypothesis as:
1- The regular people don't trust in the real estate agent (the guy who is representing the seller in the process)
2 - The real estate broker need to find new ways to reach new costumers (people trying to sell or rent).

Would be awesome, to hear your insights about this topic!

Many thanks!

Got it.  Lean methodology.

We're building a platform that'll provide a much more transparent view of real estate transactions.  It'll allow both real estate licensees, and the public (for sale by owners) to market, sell, purchase and lease property online.  It'll manage the entire offer process and escrow period, online - providing guidance along the way for individual home sellers/buyers on what occurs (what's next) during the home sale process.  Real estate licensees have this kind of software now, to help guide them through the process, but the public needs it as well.

Hi Brian,

MVP is Minimum Viable Product, it's a kind of "pilot" when you use small resourcers to prove your hypothesis and fail fast, if you were wrong, haha. Could you talk a little bit more about your projects?

Hi Bryan, I believe that real estate professionals need to change their mindset from being purely sales people to trusted advisers. They need to change their marketing accordingly. The content of their websites, their marketing presentations is the key. I worked a lot with real estate agents. Most of them are into quick wins, but not into long term business and marketing strategy. They need more education in modern sales and marketing than their office provide. Hi Renan,

Sounds very interesting.  I'd say your hypothesis is spot on.  My company is currently pursuing similar projects.

What do you mean by a 'new and cheap MVP' - what's MVP stand for?
