I'm a Product Manager in an IT consultancy and I face plenty of issues while managing Implementing systems with Teammates.
Somehow I always get the solution on how to deal with different people and any certain issue in the end due to my set of management skills but I'm curious how do you deal with it. So Please share what do you think, what are the five qualities a Manager should seek?
Seek from whom/what? Seek from the product, seek from the engineering/development team, seek from themselves?
I very much like these quotes'
"Clients do not come first. Employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients." -Richard Branson.
“Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don't want to.”
Richard Branson has built an empire of 400 companies under the Virgin Group
