I would suggest, for starters, enlist the services of the Fruit Guys, here in California, to ship you a box of fresh fruits to your office once a week. We had them at one of the ad agencies that I worked. It kept people engaged, that a company would think so highly of their employees, to keep them healthy and to keep them working at your company, rather than you competitor(s).

It's not you care about their healthy behaviour, it's one more perk that your competitor, does Not offer your employees.

Anything that is done as a team, or usually a subset of the team. Variety is important to engage everyone possible. Helping the community even picking up litter on your block, exercise, competitions on almost anything, after work get togethers, start a thumbs up type of system for team members to shout out something another teammate did very well for Customers.
