Wondering what your experience has been with Chinese investors? Good? Bad? Non-existant?

Any best practices or other advice that you can suggest?

Can someone please be gracious enough to provide a more detailed example of how they have worked with or have chosen not to work with Chinese investors? I find the responses so far short on details or full of gross generalizations. Thanks!

I been dealing with China for over 15 years, I think the word that use is they are very, very clever people, sometimes too clever to do business with.

Helen: I have done business China for the past 30 years and covered deals in architecture / buildings / technology and entertainment. In general the Chinese investors do not have the same ethics as you would expect - I’m talking Mainland investors, not ABC’s. If you could be more specific in your actual question, I can be more specific in the actual answer. Please respond to me direct. Good luck Stuart

Stay as far away as possible. If not be careful of terms and payment plus IP security.
