Patrick, I've liked pipedrive. Very simple CRM and affordable. I am paying $9/month/user. I found most sales professionals appreciate the simplicity of the product.

I've personally worked with Zoho CRM and Insightly. I've tested out at least 10 of the leading ones and I agree that Insightly is overall the best. It has the best user-interface and is very easy to use. It has some limitations on reporting and export/import but you can get around it in various ways.
It supports tagging which Zoho CRM does not.
