What is the best strategies to get money from my idea?

I want to create an exchange platform ( website and mobile app) that enables companies & organizations to poste challenges and problematics that they're facing and recieve propositions of solutions from a network of solvers, then they choose the best solution according to them ( quality & price ) and reward the winner. I just want to ask you about how can I make revenus from this startup?

A great idea is 1% of the work. Execution is the other 99%. In this course, we’ll teach you how to conduct market analysis, create an MVP and pivot (if needed), launch your business, survey customers, iterate your product/service based on feedback, and gain traction quickly.

Creating the platform and the app is a total breeze compared to getting adoption. Even if it is far superior to anything else out there the magic happens by getting critical mass, and getting to that point is a horrendously huge effort. Therein lies your strategy: Adoption rate. Lots of ways to do this, too numerous to even start mentioning without knowing where you want this platform to be focused on. That is your first step ... identify a specific and fairly tight and narrow market, so your efforts can be focused and get the most results. Once you succeed there you can branch out into other markets. The second step is to get your customer acquisition costs to a manageable level. Initially it will be very high ... you'll need deep pockets to make that happen. Almost no way around that. Even the most herculean efforts will fail when it comes to creating new marketplaces. There are a 1000 different kinds of new ventures to engage upon, and many require high entry costs. Creating new marketplace exchanges usually is one of those high-entry-cost ventures. Good luck!


Oh, and I might add ... if you can find a market segment where a marketplace is desperately needed and lacking ... then you might be able to get high adoption with far less effort. The ticket is finding where that is. Do customer interviews, ab testing, adwords testing (gonna cost $).
