What is the best strategy to recruit employees without loosing a ton of time?

I recently created starting advising a startup that is now in the process of looking for a data team that can help develop some algorithms. I am aware that good data analysts are hard to find, and ideally they would need one or two to work for the company, as soon as possible. The leadership team is waisting a tremendous amount of time looking for the right fit. Is there any platform, service or strategy you recommend me to make this process more efficient?

Have you tried facebook? I know Linkedin is best for identifying individuals, but running ads based on industry, age, education, current company, level of seniority, etc could be a great way to get in front of a lot of potential applicants. I would use facebook lead ads with custom questions (you can have them drop their linkedin URL in one of the fields).
