I recently created starting advising a startup that is now in the process of looking for a data team that can help develop some algorithms. I am aware that good data analysts are hard to find, and ideally they would need one or two to work for the company, as soon as possible. Have you tried facebook? I know Linkedin is best for identifying individuals, but running ads based on industry, age, education, current company, level of seniority, etc could be a great way to get in front of a lot of potential applicants. I would use facebook lead ads with custom questions (you can have them drop their linkedin URL in one of the fields).
