What is the best system to integrate a schedule with contact info and payments?

I am currently using Zoho, Formstack, Stripe and QuickBooks, and it is almost a full time job to mesh these without too much blood sweat and tears. Any thoughts? Can Google Docs/Script be my answer?

We have been very happy with Appointlet (, though we have not used the taking payments feature yet. It works seamlessly with Zapier to integrate with our other systems as well as allows you to pass data back to a thank you page for further processing.

Larry -

(Full disclosure - I'm associated with Zoho).

I'm not sure exactly what your scenario is, but if you want to have a schedule people can choose from, then take payment for some appointment or something like that, you might want to look at Zoho Creator. Not sure what part of Zoho you're using right now (we have lots!), but Zoho Creator (and Zoho Invoice) have the ability to process payments. And then of course Zoho Creator has all the scripting abilities, etc.

Let me know what you want to do and maybe I can point you in the right direction.

Hey Larry,
Are you not using IFTTT or Zapier or similar to integrate them?  This would allow you to save a lot of time at a minimal cost (or free).  They are ultimately an API (script) integrator of sorts.

Or you could migrate everything into one system (like Zoho), which I personally don't recommend solely because I don't like being in bed with predominantly one company.

The Zapier/IFTTT will free you up a great bit IMHO.  Good luck!

HI Larry:

I can strongly recommend SCHED, though the payment gateway is Eventbrite and not integral (but very well integrated).  If you want an intro to the Founder/CEO just let me know.

Cheers, Elissa
