Gallup came out with an engagement study earlier this year about Millenials. See link below. The important take always are 4 keys things that we believe all employees seek. They are:
- Clear expectations (job clarity) and priorities
- Ongoing feedback and communication
- Opportunity to learn and grow
This is an area that we send a lot of time on with our clients. Although there are only 4 key things, it is something that leaders have to be very intentional in implementing them and makes sure they are clear through the entire origination.
