I am building a mobile application that requires me to have tie-ups with the targeted organization. My question is what points should I include in the presentation so that it has a lasting impression on the officials?
For the biggest impact my main advice would be 1. don't think of it as presentation, think of it more as a conversation, it'll flow better; 2. The best pitch is showing a proven, prototype product "We make this..."
As far as what points to include, these will be custom to your product, who you are presenting to and how the presentation is given but a few other things to do are:
Ask yourself: Who am I presenting to? What is their knowledge? What are their expectations? and their expectations of me? This will set the main structure.
Create a custom introduction that sets the outline for the presentation, make sure you include a true story, this will help grab the audiences attention right away.
Make your information easy to remember, show clearly the problem-->solution-->benefit on the 30/20/10 rule - 30pt smallest font, no greater than 20 minutes, 10 slides maximum
Hope this helps
Involve more Info-graphics and Data Analysis. Number speaks for itself. Clearly show the difference between what are the benefits that they will gain due to this tie-up. Be specific to your point.
Have simple presentation that is based on the goals and objective of the ORG
