Interviewed someone who looks like a good fit as a 100% commission sales rep. Business is a Saas product for restaurants (seechefmetrics.com). Still in "lean startup" mode.
Current business model includes a Set Up Fee (for set up labor) and monthly charge of $150 (negotiable for multi-unit businesses).
Does anyone know what the industry standard for % commissions is? (Assuming there is one)
Or have any experience as to what is fair compensation?
