Would very much appreciate to hear your tips and secrets so that I can learn how to do a better job with it.
Forget about “build it and they will come.” Products without scalable distribution channels will fail to gain traction. Instead of hiring an expensive marketing team, take this course to learn SEO, content marketing, retargeting, viral loops, email marketing, and sales funnel optimization.

Hiring is just like selling your vision to a prospective client, only instead the "Customer" is a potential hire.

You need to treat each candidate like a sales lead and approach them with a professional and organized approach. You can use many of the same sales materials to "Pitch" your candidates. Just make sure to keep your appointments, send follow-up emails, and to communicate quickly.

If your candidates don't feel special in the hiring process, the best ones will bow out as they become concerned their experience as an employee will mirror their experience in the hiring process.

Hi Zannatul. I ran a software development company for 10 years, so I know that prior experience and tech skills/tools are basic requirements. But now I run a company that has created completely new technology that identifies and organizes information on the way a person seeks to serve the needs of a team. In short, it measures teaming - and not by the longstanding methods of psychology. Teamability® is based in physics and systems theory, and it is producing extraordinary business results. A $350M U.S. company with 30% new-hire turnover added our tech to its hiring process, and from the next day, for 2 1/2 years and adding 500+ people, they did not have a single instance of new-hire turnover. Measuring teaming is extremely complex, but the results are very straightforward and easy to implement for selecting, developing, managing and motivating both individuals and teams. More info at Teamability (dotcom). Mark
