What opportunity does the Cadillac Tax offer innovators?

The Cadillac Tax has stirred up a debate since it passed last month. Several unions are trying to get the excise tax repealed, but the group that seems to have the most to gain - innovators - have been relatively absent from the discussion. I’m curious to hear my fellow innovators & entrepreneurs take on this new healthcare tax, what opportunities do you believe can arise from the passing of the Cadillac tax for startups pursuing the healthcare industry?
Too many founders wing it when it comes to financials; they have no idea how to explain them to investors. In this course, we’ll teach you how to build a basic financial model; read financial statements; and understand cash flow, balance sheets, and income statements.

Entrepreneurs need to work hard in order to pay 40% non-deductible excise tax on employer-sponsored health coverage. This would benefit the employees especially with the rising cost of healthcare. I wonder how would innovators gain? Innovators are not creating a product in a day. They need to go through funding, re-finance if the product is not yet ready for the market. I can only say one thing, entrepreneurs are living in a world of hope. Yes, entrepreneurs by-the-most are aware of the situation.
