<3 this convo, we hear it often. We're trying to bring one awesome tool to companies for both marketing and transactional emails. While many companies just do one or the other, with Mailjet your marketing team can create campaigns, test, & optimize while developers can use SMTP and our APIs for triggering emails.
@Jonathan - The live chat tool is something we just started experimenting with this week, appreciate the feedback and will pass it along! I don't think we were ready for how much people enjoyed using it :) Send me a DM, will be happy to answer your questions on optimizing for delivery. Signing up with an ESP does not mean your email will automatically start landing in the inbox and opens will improve - ESP tech is part of the equation but your sender reputation and content are much more important.
