In my last company I really liked our executive summary. It was very well
branded and had a lot of images that really spoke to what we were trying to
convey vs cramming in a lot of text. We were very focused in presenting a
succinct and compelling value proposition including key channels and market
sizing. I think if you can nail those things you are most of the way
there. Any existing revenue (or partnerships depending on your model) and
customer data is sure to stand out. In my experience if something is truly
consumer - focus on what's in it for the consumer and why they care.
