A startup comes up with a great solution and that attracted a lot of customers but, because of poor implementation, Customer churn shot up. That would be a death blow for sure for a start up.

You need to engage a Mentor and an Accelerator to guide you from here. These are times when the current team reaches a saturation point and is unable to manage the growth that's comes with success.

This has to be a quick decision as else you would start loosing customers due to poor implementation and support. There have been examples of great products dying an early death due to this reasons.
