Where can I find a consultant in Outbound Sales/Cold Calling to train my team?

We are a 100+ person software product company with a heavy off-shore presence.  I am looking to either engage a sales consulting firm or a sales consultant to help evaluate the way we are doing our outbound selling.  We have already read some of the classics like Aaron Ross's book.  Now we need someone to help coach our team and improve our sales structure.  Any ideas where I can find the best resource for finding this type of advisor/consultant?
Consumers decisions aren’t always based on logic. The best companies tap into the emotional reasons why customers buy. In this course, you’ll learn sales psychology and use it to create a custom sales pitch, funnel, and template, that will get your customer’s attention.

Hi Brian, to be effective in new client generation you will need to have special techniques for cold calling that allows you to get as many first meetings as possible, a well-defined process to attract leads, and a clear strategy on building relationships as well as the right closing techniques. Probably in your business online marketing could also make a difference. I have developed a technique called New Client Formula that I apply as an agent for my clients in the IT and consulting sectors. I also teach and coach my clients on closing mor deals with this approach. You can find more information about me here: www.arminlrau.com or send me a contact request

Hi Brian, I have run large outside and inside sales teams, would be happy to chat. No charge to have conversations. I personally have over 50,000 sales presentations under my belt. If what you need is more or different then what I provide, I would be happy to connect you to some larger quality sales training. Although for a professional company you may end up paying up to 10k a day. Going with a consultant that leads by example in work ethic, is positivity, and coachable is the way to go. Here are a few things you ought to look at: 1. Are your managers leading by example. Meaning are they willing to do everything they ask their reps to do? 2. Do you have a system for tracking stats, and coaching system based on those Stats vs. Results. 3. Do you have a sales talk that all reps use? Or do they wing it? 4. Are your sales people excited about competing because they want to win or just because there is a money bonuses? 5. Here are some additional books you should get your team and managers. The greatest salesman in the world by Og Mando - helps with motivation and inspiration. The one minute manager 6. I am happy to help you dive into finding what is stopping your sales team from exploding. Mainly I find that looking at real stats is best place to start. Then you will know as a team where to train. Thanks for all the feedback! I certainly hope to have a few conversations with various people that responded.  Specifically, I'd love to hear from someone who has guided b2b software companies to help them run outbound sales campaigns off of lead lists using the Aaron Ross method and gotten the 8-10% initial response from the "cold-calling 2.0" he describes in his book?

thanks,
