We are a 100+ person software product company with a heavy off-shore presence. We have already read some of the classics like Aaron Ross's book. Now we need someone to help coach our team and improve our sales structure. to be effective in new client generation you will need to have special techniques for cold calling that
allows you to get as many first meetings as possible, a well-defined process to attract leads, and a clear
strategy on building relationships as well as the right closing techniques. Probably in your business online
marketing could also make a difference.

IT and consulting sectors. I also teach and coach my clients on closing mor deals with this approach.

I have run large outside and inside sales teams, would be happy to

ethic, is positivity, and coachable is the way to go.

1. Are your managers leading by example. Meaning are they willing to do
everything they ask their reps to do?
2. Do you have a system for tracking stats, and coaching system based on
those Stats vs. Results.
3. Do you have a sales talk that all reps use? Or do they wing it?
4. Are your sales people excited about competing because they want to win
or just because there is a money bonuses?
