Planning to evaluate relevant tools & softwares to automate majority processes in real estate.
Frankly it's less about the tool itself and more about how the tool is used by the realtors. Every CRM system I can think of has the capacity to do what you're suggesting, with very minimal effort. The job is really to get the realty companies to require 100% utilization by the agents, and teach them the value of logging the conversations and tracking information.
The problem is that agents don't want to document things for the company because then they can be easily replaced, and all their client interactions then become property of the company and not an asset they can walk out with.
There's no challenge to automating processes in real estate. It's so incredibly easy it could be done in a matter of a few days. The challenge is in changing the ages old perception that the client is the asset of the realty company and not the realtor. I don't see this paradigm shift ever happening for the home buying market.
Property management is a different story. The company has always owned the client, not the rental agent. And as a result there are many property management software systems that are already customized out of the box in the manner you suggest. Why it hasn't happened for realtors is exactly the reason I noted above that makes real estate agents different than rental agents.
