best way for a non-technical person to develop a B2C website with personalized look and feel.
I like Shopify. There is still a learning curve but much faster than a wordpress/godady slog. Have descent credit card, paypal and other ways to get paid (can track cash payments too). Also have the means for selling software online which can be a way to sell a service. However, they are legal issue you really should get clear when selling services online (I also don't know all the restrictions Shopify has (i.e. you can't sell hair on shopify)). Shopify is really for ecommerce (things sold on line). They have 24/7 support but remember, they are human and some do not know as much as others.
